Product Manager

A Product Manager at Adly owns product outcomes across multiple businesses in the portfolio. You will drive the full product lifecycle – from discovery and prioritization through engineering execution, launch, and performance analysis – for several products simultaneously. You are the connective tissue between engineering, growth, design, and operations, ensuring every sprint, feature, and release ladders up to business KPIs.
This is a high-autonomy, high-ownership role. You set the priorities, run the process, drive accountability, analyze the data, and present the results to leadership. You operate with a business owner mindset because, functionally, that is what you are – the person responsible for the trajectory of the products you manage.
You are a builder first. You prototype with AI coding tools (Cursor, Claude Code, Bolt), run evals on AI-powered features, and ship faster because you can go from idea to working proof-of-concept without waiting for engineering. You don’t just manage products – you make things.
Applied AI Engineer
Full Time | Remote
An Applied AI Engineer at Adly is the person who makes that real. You work directly with Adly’s Director of Product, and the split between the two roles is clean. The Director owns the what and the why: the roadmap, the vision, the bets, prioritization across every department’s AI requests, and stakeholder alignment across the portfolio. You own the how. You are the builder who turns those priorities into shipped infrastructure, workflows, and tools that every Adly team uses to compound output. This is a builder-first role with an ownership runway.
You write production code (TypeScript, Python) and ship internal interfaces on a modern web stack (React, Next.js). You also help shape the stack itself. Where we go from here should reflect your judgment, not just where we started. Once a build is decided, you move from “this model just dropped” to “teams are now using it in production” in days, not quarters. You take direction well and run fast once the goal is clear.
This role is new, and the shape of it will evolve with the person in the seat. Early on, the Director of Product sets the direction and picks the bets while you focus on shipping. As you build trust and prove judgment, the scope of what you own grows. How fast that happens is up to you.

This is a high-visibility role that blends business strategy, analytical rigor, project management, and stakeholder management. You will be leading strategic visibility, proactively managing risks, and using data to measure performance in regular updates to leadership.
