Paid Social Manager

A Paid Social Manager at Adly is in charge of overseeing and managing Adly’s Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, and other paid social accounts across the portfolio, while working with Adly’s growth and product teams to maximize new customer acquisition and retention. A Paid Social Manager will aggressively test into new strategies and expand existing campaigns at a profitable CAC, ideate and acquire content from our designers and influencer channels, ideate and implement new landing pages and A/B tests to improve conversion rate, and measure performance and success through the funnel. He or she should demonstrate excellent communication skills, be able to hold the team accountable toward aggressive growth targets, be able to operate self sufficiently, and not be afraid to ask for the resources needed for success.
